General Questions:

What are our opening hours?

We are open from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.
However, we will be closed during public holidays and on staff rest days.
The staff rest days are as follows:

  • 15 March
  • 24 June
  • 16 September
  • 10 December

Where to find us?

We are located at 500 Dover Road, S139651.

How is the lounge like?

In our lounge, we have comfortable chairs and couches. Also, we have a mini bar so that you can grab a drink while you socialise.
As for our sound system, we use the top of the line hardware for maximum enjoyment. Our equipment list are as follows:

Ordering:

How do I place an order?

Look for a product of choice. Then, click on add to cart to add it into your shopping cart. These items can be seen in the cart page. When ready to check out, fill in relevant details in the form on the cart page and click checkout.

How can I pay?

During checkout, you can choose from a few different payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Payment during delivery (shipping within Singapore only)
  • Bank Transfer (Western Union)

Shipping:

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

For Singapore shoppers, it takes around 3-5 business days for your package to arrive. For International shoppers, it would take around 2-4 weeks from date of purchase. However, there might be a 2-3 days delay during public holidays.

Which shipping companies do we use?

For shipping within Singapore, we ship by either Registered mail by Speedpost (payment by credit card/bank transfer) or by our own team (payment on delivery).
As for International shipping, we use USPS, DHL and EMS.
